Or, we can repair existing problems

We analyse and assess everything, from drawings, plans, building regs, or we look at and analyse problems such as damp, rising,  penetrating or condensation, we will quote you and then we work to complete your project/work in good time.

• We specialise in general building, such as new builds, kitchens, bathrooms, extensions and loft conversions and or/refurbishments.
• We renovate and do property maintenance and will take on small jobs and large
• Let us advise you on your damp problems before you spend money on what may be unnecessary treatments
• For larger projects we will quote
• For emergency call outs (after 8pm to 8am, for plumbing and/or blockages we charge a call out of £150, this covers the first hour and no materials.  We will discuss any further cost if required but we solve most problems within the first hour (please note for emergency call outs we do not include gas safe or electricians and if we arrange these, they will quote seperately)
• Working hours call outs are £75 plus materials
